LLB full form is Legum Baccalaureus (in Latin) which means Bachelor of Laws (in English).
Bachelor of Laws is an undergraduate professional degree in Law. Candidate should have a bachelor degree to Apply LLB. This is a three year course for become a Legal Assistant, advocate etc.
CLAT is an entrance examination for admission in LLB, basis on merit list.
In India, Candidate must be passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with minimum 45% marks for General/OBC/PWD categories candidates and minimum 40% marks for SC/ST Aspirants appearing for Class 12th. The applicant should have minimum score in his graduation, which is 55% of marks. Relaxation’s are applicable in case of SC / ST candidates.
Age for admission in LLB – Candidate age should not be below from 17 year at the time of appearing for this exam.
Maximum age is 20 years (22 for SC/ST candidates).
